Custom Orders
If you require anything custom such as size or design, please sign up for a consultation. All custom orders or sizes, can take 12 to 14 business days to produce. B. Nicole does her best to accommodate all custom orders, so please do your best to provide accurate measurements or set up a consultation/fitting with B. Nicole. If your measurements exceed the U.S. standard size chart, there will be additional fee. On full custom orders a pattern is cut specifically for your design due to measurements , there will be a production fee. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds on a custom item, once you sign the custom form and make your purchase. Custom orders may NOT be returned.
Information Collected
Information is collected from a number of places on the web site including customer order and account registration forms. The goal in collecting this information is to make ordering more efficient and your shopping experience more meaningful.
Registration and Ordering
During the order process we will ask you for information including, but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card number. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order and our site, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, we use the personal information to contact you.
In The Event Of A Chargeback
In the Event of a Chargeback;
Once we ship your package and a charge back is filed against the company, we will report you to the FBI for internet credit card fraud which is a serious crime. Please note that your IP address is captured amongst other things, and will trace back to you. The shipping carriers provide very accurate information as well, so please understand that this is NO FRAUD TOLERANCE online store. You may be sent to collections, as it is our right to retrieve funds from fraudulent orders.
Shipping & Handling
Please allow 7-10 business days to process standard order items. A lot of orders may be custom, and we can not rush those quality orders (Please allow up to 14 business days for all custom). If you require RUSH shipping, there may be an additional production fee along with an additional shipping fee by the carrier. Please keep in mind we cannot control rush delivery fees by the shipping carrier. All RUSH orders should be fully discussed with the designer first to confirm accuracy of inventory. Please do NOT order rush items without consulting with the designer. The designer will need to confirm it can be done before you purchase to avoid disappointment or your funds being held. The regular standard shipping is Priority Mail by USPS, 2-3 business day delivery (including Saturdays) AFTER we physically ship you.
